A focused voice program. Your team in control.
Accordant is developing managed AI voice workflows for mortgage and insurance operations. We are accepting design-partner inquiries to shape useful, bounded first programs.
What Accordant brings to the conversation
The intended program combines a defined customer conversation, information your team approves, clear rules for the next step, and a named person or team for handoff. The starting point is one operational workflow with an accountable owner.

- Define the job. Choose the question or next step and the outcome that matters.
- Approve the source. Identify scripts, process guidance, owners, and review dates.
- Test the boundaries. Review ordinary requests, missing information, uncertainty, and escalation.
- Agree the operating plan. Define responsibility, evaluation, commercial terms, and any pilot prerequisites before launch.
Questions before a pilot
What is available today?
Accordant is accepting design-partner inquiries. We are exploring focused mortgage and insurance workflows with operations teams. This website includes illustrative product previews; it does not offer a self-service production deployment.
What does a first conversation cover?
The customer conversation you want to improve, the approved information it needs, the person who owns the workflow, and the point where a human takes over. Together, we assess fit before discussing a program.
What does my team remain responsible for?
Your team owns approved knowledge, contact permissions, professional decisions, review standards, and the people available for escalation. Proposed program responsibilities are agreed before any pilot begins.
Can an agent give lending or insurance advice?
The intended workflows cover approved information and administrative next steps. Lending decisions, coverage advice, product recommendations, and other licensed judgments belong with an authorized professional.
How is pricing determined?
Commercial terms are discussed after scope and fit. Relevant factors include workflow complexity, call volume, required connections, evaluation work, and ongoing support. No standard price or launch timeline is promised at this stage.
Do I need to share customer data to inquire?
No. A general description of the workflow is enough. Do not submit borrower records, policy details, medical information, credentials, or other sensitive information through this website.
